Is there a way to disable the beeping that this toaster makes when plugged into the outlet? I like to keep my appliances unplugged when not in use, but I can’t do that with this because the noise it makes when I plug it in is insanely loud and disturbing. null

As noted in the oven's manual, you can adjust the alert volume with the Temperature Conversion button.

I don't think so, and we rarely unplug ours. I actually had no idea what you're talking about so I unplugged it to see what would happen when I plugged it back in. Sure enough, it beeped twice for a second and I obviously didn't remember that it did that... LOL. The beep is louder than our microwave beep but with it only lasting for about a second and is the same beep we hear when the timer goes off (for which I'm grateful!), it's no big deal to us.
