What is the level of cleaning the grinder? easy, hard? null

It's not hard, especially if the burr lifts out easily, which mine didn't. Don't be afraid of putting a lot of pressure on the wire. If that doesn't work turn the grinder wheel on the left side to the highest setting and try again. And if that doesn't work call customer service, they helped me a lot. I find it time consuming, especially getting all the beans out. I purchased (on amazon) a very small hand held battery operated vacuum and it works great getting the beans out. Enjoy your new machine!!

The main maintenance of the grinder includes brushing/vacuuming the grinder. Then, there is a deeper cleaning you can choose to do, depending on the oil content of the beans you use. There are also commercial grind cleaners in the marketplace that can be used regularly.
