My opinion, purchase an expresso machine starting at $5K and above. The Breville Barista Pro is a home unit and not intended for commercial use. You won’t reach your return on investment (ROI) at such a high pace and likely to wear out the conical grinder or burn out the heat element over time. For a cater situation, worth the risk, charge the client and replace when it breaks.
