- Answer Yes, while cooking, the display background is orange, then heating shuts off when the time has elapsed, and the screen background turns white. The blower keeps running for a short period of time to keep recirculating the heat and to somewhat cool down, then the screen background turns off.

- Answer Yes, It is capable of up to a 14LB Turkey, but personally, I have not tried it with a Turkey. That said, this oven does everything I have tried very well. It cooks evenly front to back and side to side.
