“I'm hoping someone will help me with this question....does the 18" depth include the cord at the back? I want to put this microwave in an appliance garage - which means it will be closed behind doors. My maximum depth is 18 inches. Thank you!”

The physical dimensions of the appliance not including cord are: 20.5"(L) x 18"(W) x 12.5"(H)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My measurement is 16 3/4 inches from wall to front of microwave, NOT including the 2 extra inches for handle. Your enclosure will not be able to close.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With my microwave plugged in and pushed all the way back to the wall, I measure 16 3/4 inches from wall to front of microwave. Add another 2 inches for the door handle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will be a tight fit, due to the handle come out from the front over an inch and the cord is even with the back of the microwave. Since you asked this question so long ago you have probably already found the microwave needed for that space.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Actually the cord isn’t the deepest part. There’s a part in the back that sticks out past the cord. I just measured from there to the front and it’s a total of 16 inches. Hope this helps.
