The machine includes four portafilters. There is a single & double size, and for each of those, there is a pressurized (single hole at the bottom) and unpressurized portafilter (many holes at the bottom). In my experience, grind size and freshness of the ground coffee makes a big difference in the crema I can get with this machine. My best results have been with the pressurized (single hole) portafilters, but if I could grind a bit finer then the unpressurized filters may perform better...

This unit comes with single shot and double shot capacity portafilters – Both with single hole and with multiple holes (So 4 fiters in total). Crema can be obtained using right filter and grind size.
