It is garbage! Do not buy. It will break! You will not get warranty help!

Please try again later.I’ve had mine for a few months and have had no issues.,I’ve used the KCup function close to 30+ times (basically every day and sometimes multiple times a day, even done back to back times). I would suggest to exchange it or contact the company directly. I’m loving mine!! I was skeptical at 1st reading the reviews and never hearing of the company, but most mornings I’ve used the preset timer for coffee or the kcup to start the day then turning the pot on (if I had forgotten to set it the night before). Make sure the Spicket is puncturing the kcup itself. Check to see that the inset is set correctly in the machine.
