QuestionDoes the person with the frame have to have a smartphone?

- Answer Hello! The frame initially needs to be set up via the free PhotoShare Frame app on a smartphone. Once it is registered though, the frame owner does not need a smartphone to enjoy the benefits. They can simply sit back and enjoy the photos that arrive from friends and family!

- Answer Hi! Yes, the frame has an automatic slideshow that shuffles through all images or a user can set it to show just a subset of photos or even a single photo if they like.

QuestionI cannot seem to add more frames. I have a frame ID and named the frame, but cannot add another frame to file a different set of pictures. Every time I attempt to “add a frame” I get a window telling me that I cannot use the same ID. How can I add frames?
