• Yes it will scan to PDF, that exactly how i use the scanner function. I have a folder setup on my desktop, that the scanner sends the PDF's to, its pretty esay to set up.

• Yes, it will scan to PDF. You can scan to a thumb drive. It can also email it to you but you have to install software. Or you can use it to scan directly to your computer with a USB cable, but you have to install software.
