“I purchased the Brother DS-920DW scanner from BestBuy because the customer service representative said it was compatible with the NEAT software...I can't find anything on either website (Brother/NEAT) suggesting it is compatible, does anyone know?”

I also have the same problem. I just scan receipt or doc and then import it to Neat.
