Brother recommends using 3M transparency sheets with the product code CG3300. Brother claims the risk of other transparency sheets melting because of the intense heat inside the printer may damage the printer. Brother Solution Center

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to use special transparency stock with a laser printer. It is NOT the same stock you would use with an ink jet printer - using ink jet transparency stock in a laser printer will completely ruin your printer - it will melt and adhere to the drum. Make sure any transparency stock you intend to use is clearly labeled for use with laser printers.
