• Yes, it includes one of each color (Magenta, Cyan, Yellow and Black) but it is a smaller amount than refills. But not thatch smaller.

• Yes, I too questioned this, however, they are included in your purchase/ packaging. Putting it all together was a snap. Hooking it up to my network was not simple (for me, this time) however, Geek SQ visit had me up and running. (Think I could have done it, just too scattered and not in focus to do it this time !!!)
