There is no such thing as white toner, you only need black.

Remember that printers don't print white, they merely leave the paper blank. So you can get a decent Black and White printer at about half the cost of a color printer. I must say after using this Brother printer for a few months, that this is a great printer, with WiFi easy to set up and great automatic two sided printing. You can look for an equivalent Black and White printer.
