• I'm not sure. The 2380 has a scanner so it's better for the price.

• They are normally not the same price, the HL L2380 is normally higher in price but is on sale right now. It is really a steal which is why I bought one. When comparing apple to oranges, the 2380 is obviously the better by which the added scanner, bigger memory, and faster print speed. It's a good time to run over to Best Buy and grab one!
