• yes, toner and drum, starter toner prints 700 pages, drum good for 12,000.

• Yes, the box says this has a cartridge (starter in the box), and a separate drum (good for 12,000 pages, I believe, but that is from memory)

• yes, it has both, 2 separate units. the drum says it should last about 12,000 copies before it would need replacement.
