- Answer Yes, you can connect the Brother HLL2395DW machine using an Ethernet cord directly to the router. The cable is not included with the machine.

Questionwhat is going on with the prices, bought mine two years ago for $99 normal price was 129 then went to get another one when it was listed at $129 next day $169 why such a big increase in price over night ? not worth that much

- Answer Great you got it for $99. I bought mine for $129. I been checking and the price still at $169 now. Not sure why. Maybe because of the covid19. People stay home working and need a printer. So it's at regular price $169 99

- Answer The HL-L2395DW starter toner yields approximately 700 pages, the TN730 standard toner yields approximately 1,200 pages and the TN760 high yield toner yields approximately 3,000 pages. The toner and drum can not be refilled but replaced.

QuestionIs there an auto feeder for more than one pages to scan?

- Answer No. This printer has a flatbed scanner only and can scan whatever size fits on the glass. If the document completely covers the glass, there may be a small area around the edges that cannot be scanned or pritned. Tip: You would need a model with an auto document feeder to scan legal-size paper, but this printer can still print on legal-sized paper .

QuestionCan you please tell me if 80 lb. and/or 110 lb. card stock can be used to feed through this machine? We would use normal paper most times, but would like to copy onto cardstock on occasion. Thanks.

- Answer Brother says 16 to 43 lb (60 to 163 g/m2) for the standard paper tray and 16 to 61 lb (60 to 230 g/m2) for the manual feed slot. It looks like you may be able to use 80 lb. cardstock one sheet at a time in the manual slot but not the 110 lb. This is based on searching for a conversion of paperweight lb to gsm.

- Answer The toner is located behind the front cover. Yes, it is easy to replace. Remove the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly from the machine. Push down the green lock lever and take the toner cartridge out of the drum unit. Unpack the new toner cartridge and remove the protective cover. Push the new toner cartridge firmly into the drum unit until you hear it lock into place. Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit by gently sliding the green tab from left to right and right to left several times. - Answer This can print via USB using the USB port on the back. You will need a regular USB printer cable and it is not supplied with the printer. The cable needed is USB-A (standard, old rectangular plug) to USB-B (standard almost-square with one side rounded plug). This printer also prints vie WiFi and wired ethernet. The factory default for networking is to auto-configure based on the address sent from the network router. You can also print via WiFi using most current mobile devices (phones and tablets).

- Answer Yes, definitely scans in color, and it's actually quite good. It defaults to 600 dpi, but can go a lot higher if you plan on printing out on high-quality photo paper. BTW: My HL-L2395DW had a serious banding problem across the background of all my prints, but the scans were quite nice.
