• if by "copy" you mean print a PDF from another source, yes. This is not a multi function printer. It prints (very well actually), in color and b&w. That's it.

• 3Rseas was the name of my boat Sorry no...I already had a great scanner and I was paying too much for print cartridges and not an issue for me. wireless so I can put it anywhere that's convenient and it can handle card stock. Just put it on top in the paper tray even one sheet at a time. Couldn't pass up the price at Best Buy. Hope that helps..........Ron Sr
