It sounds like people are confused between the various machines that can print, scan and copy documents so here's definitions that will guide you. Printer: a device that takes the digital document on your computer and turns it into a physical document you can hold in your hand. Scanner: a device that takes the physical document in your hand and scans said document to turn it into a digital document on your computer. All In One: a device that can turn your digital documents into physical documents you can hold, as well as take your physical documents and turn them into a digital document on your computer. It can also take your physical documents, and create physical copies of your physical documents that you can hand off to those that need a physical copy of your document.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just had subject printer installed by geek squad technician. No user manual provided. Needed to copy a document the other day and could not figure out how to do so. I guess I’ll have to visit a Best Buy store to seek help.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Purchased this particular printer based on salesperson’s recommendations. The Geek Squad came to my home to connect the printer. Found out today that this printer does not copy. Quite upset with Best Buy and Geek Squad. I made it very clear that I wanted it for personal use and that I would rarely use it. I’m not tech savvy so I thought the salesperson understood. After my visit to Best Buy today, the resolution was to purchase another printer that will serve my purpose, schedule a redo with the Geek Squad and return the Brother printer to Best Buy. Must be done by 3/21/19. So another half of a day shot. Not to mention the 20 mile round trip to the store. Definitely, not happy.
