Yes, you can print on card stock with this unit.

Yes, but it' a pain. In order to print on anything, you have to reload with just that type of paper. There is no envelope slot that allows you to print just an envelope without reloading the tray with envelopes and resizing the guides.........miss the "envelope slot" very much.

Yes, It can support up to 79 lb through the manual feed slot.
