Question1. Does the MFC-J995DW default to two-sided copies and have to be changed to one sided before printing? 2. Will it let you select the pages you want copied? (ex: pgs 2-5 instead of having to print 20 pgs) Thanks

- Answer The Brother MFCJ995DW machine is able to print both sides as desired, you can enable or disable that feature when needed. The selection of pages to print is handled by the computer software that you are printing from.

- Answer No, but if you scan one sided, flip the printout and put it back in the tray, then flip the scanned doc and hit copy again, you get the same effect. Not as convenient, but if you don't need it often, you get a better overall value with this printer than with more expensive models with that feature.

- Answer The Brother MFC-J995DW requires a land line for faxing. The flatbed scanner allows for scanning photos, however, photo editing software is not included with the Brother machine.

- Answer The Brother MFC-J995DW does not offer automatic 2-sided scanning/copying through the ADF. For 2-sided copying, the documents need to be scanned manually through the flatbed scanner.

- Answer The Brother MFC-J995DW printer supports Letter, A4, Legal, Executive, A5, A6 paper. B5 paper can be loaded through the Multi-Purpose tray. This printer uses Brother LC3033 and LC3035 ink cartridges.

- Answer I understand that you want to know on to printer sublimation on your Brother MFCJ995DW. Please know that Brother does not manufacture sublimation ink and we recommend using only Brother genuine ink cartridges.

- Answer It does have fax capability, but when plugged to my phone, my phone no longer takes voice messages! it seems to override the phone, something my Canon did not. Unfortunately, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone from Brother on the phone! You don't have to have auto delivery

QuestionWill this work with Eero network?

- Answer We have found a link between EERO routers and Brother devices, which may cause frequent wireless disconnection. Our technical support team has thoroughly researched the situation and found that due to the specifications of EERO routers, we do not have the ability to stabilize their wireless connection with the Brother device. For a better overall network connection, we recommend using the Brother MFC-J995DW with an Ethernet cable connected to your router.
