By black and white we assume you mean monochrome and not the colors of the machine. With regards to monochrome printing, if you'll read the product specifications again, it states "duplex" printing under "Feature." Best Buy has it listed as "double sided" printing but the actual term is duplexing. Feature Portable -- No Photo Printer -- No Duty Cycle -- Up to 100,000 Monochromatic/ColorMonochromatic Automatic Reduction/Enlargement -- Yes Double-Sided Printing -- Yes (Duplexing) FYI, monochrome printers, misleadingly referred to as "black and white printers" like this Best Buy listing print only black toner. Obviously, "white" cannot be printed (on a monochrome printer). With regards to "duplexing," the only thing you should verify is if you prefer an RADF or DADF and then determine which of those this machine uses.
