I had a similar issue. Just make sure you uninstall the program, then go to the Brother download site and download the last driver/ control center package. It doesn't say "Windows 10" but everything starts working properly again and your desktop control center comes back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.brother-usa.com has updated drivers, I was able to run the all-in-one installer and it does everything, print, scan...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I downloaded the utilities from Brother's website and works perfectly well with all my Windows 10 computers. I setup the utilities and all functionality is present. I would recommend to download the utilities from Brother's website for the version of Windows you are using and reinstall it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works with my windows 10
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have heard from a Certified Micsosoft Software Engineer that W10 is not worth even the free upgrade for more than the issues you have mentioned. He states that W7 is the most stable and far reaching OS for PCs. If you saved a restore point before installing W10, he recommends going back to W7 (that is where you "upgraded" from) and to NOT go to W10 at all until ALL bugs are worked out. MS has had bug problems with every new release except W7 (very minor issues) because it is just a step above XP which for older computers is (was) very stable. And for newer computers is super good.
