Yes, it does come with ink toner that will print 1,000 pages on each color..

Yes all the cartridges Are included. They are smaller version of the replacements. FYI. I bought this one as the identical replacement for my previous one. Used it everyday while working at home and no issues for almost 5 years plus live customer support which I have called them numerous times when changing set ups etc. Love the Brother brand.
