A:AnswerI've never let my color cartridges go dry but I would assume you can print black and white because you can choose the "mono" print option which prints black & white.
A:AnswerIt sends and receives faxes via a phone line in the old fashioned way. Also does internet faxes (scan to email) although the setup is a little challenging. It receives I-faxes according to the setup but so far I cannot get it to receive any that contain graphics and anything I do receive looks like it came straight out of the 1980s.
A:AnswerThis printer is the best for black/white copies. While inkjet printers are better for color copies, this one yields more copies. A better choice for those who print higher quantity.
