The drivers should be loaded automatically, if not it does come with a cd. A:AnswerI would simply suggest going to Best Buy & purchasing a USB adapter for connection from PRINTER to your PC or Laptop and forgetting WiFi or wireless printing.
It is generally not reliable. I tried wireless in the past and had the same types of issues.
