Yes, a printed manual would be a Godsend. It's very difficult to sometimes figure out the words needed in order to get an answer when one has a question on the printer. You'd probably sell a helluva lot more printers (and other items) if you could state that a PRINTED manual came with whatever item. BTW, I recently purchased the MFC L2710 printer and I really like it -- much faster than my old printer. The only "defect" is that it always defaults to FAX. I know I'll never use the FAX part of it since I no longer have a land line. It would be oh so nice to look at a printed manual and find out how to default it to either copy or scan.
