QuestionIf I scan documents to pdf, will the OCR software be searchable in that pdf? We want to scan our home documents and have them searchable and prefer not have to individually review and edit each document. Just scan, save in a folder and scan next doc.

QuestionWhen I do a color scan the images are too red. How do I calibrate the scanner? Older brother scanners came with calibration sheets and software to calibrate. This one does not.

- Answer It does have a usb input in the back. (kind of the square looking port where the bottom corners are angled off) If you can use your lightning cable and gat an adapter I suppose it would work. I would try to figure out the wifi printing problem though. I use it all the time and it works great.

QuestionCan an additional feeder tray be added to accommodate legal size paper?

- Answer As far as I know -- the answer is no. Just the one tray. On my previous Brother MFC (also a single tray), i was able to print legal size by feeding the paper to the single page at a time manual feed. That was okay for me as I rarely need to print on legal size paper.
