Its only dimensionally-compatible with the Surface Pro 4 and higher. I don't think its a Bluetooth stack limitation as much as the physical dimensions for the SP3 are thicker, so the clasps won't work, but I think the SP3 might have had other functional limits working with this newer version.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have hooked this up to a multitude of devices of different manufactures and OSs. The only issue you'll really run into is that a Surface Pro 3 is physically different looking and wont look like it belongs with the Bydge Keyboard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it will only work with Surface Pro 4 and up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this keyboard just to try it out and test it with my Surface Pro 3 and it works like a charm. I've owned it for about a week and I haven't had any issues so far. I works just like the original Brydge 12.3. I guess they stated it only works with Surface 4 and newer because Surface Pro 3 was already discontinued at the time in which it came out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It only operates with Surface Pro 4-7
