• Yes, there is an indention that cradles the pencil and is thin enough for it to charge but not a full cut-out.

• i think that their is a spot along the top of the ipad snapfit case. there is an indentation that looks like a pencil would rest there. I will repost here when i get a pencil and try it out.

• There is an indentation along the top of the case which might be utilized for an Apple Pencil, but I do not have a Pencil, so cannot say that with certainty.
