QuestionI recently purchased a similar transmitter, still a scosche though. It worked perfectly but then all of a sudden stopped connecting. I was constantly having to try and reconnect and/or try a different a channel. Any suggestions??

- Answer It could be your brand doesn’t put out a strong enough signal or interference from other devices. Defective device or you might need a device update. Many reasons just to name a few

QuestionDOES THE BLUETOOTH DEVIICE HAVE A BUILT IN MICROPHONE SO THAT WHEN I TALK ON MY PHONE THE OTHER PARTY CAN HEAR ME. USUALLY THE MICROPHONE IS NOT SENSITIVE ENOUGH FOR THE OTHER PARTY TO HEAR ME. i CAN HEAR PERFECTLY WHEN THE OTHER PARTY IS TALKING.

- Answer Sometimes I get interference especially when driving on the highway. However, once I find that sweet spot channel, it works great. Just need to be patient to find the best channel that works in your area.

QuestionTo answer incoming phone calls does the car radio need to be on the station matching the Bluetooth? if I am listening to a different fm station will the unit switch over or do I have to manually tune the radio to the specified frequency every time?
