• Verify the spray head is still in place and snug. Also, don't add an instant coffee such as Via to the basket as it will clog the basket.

• I found restricting the flow rate solved it. In my previous coffeemaker with the same problem, you sent me a spray nozzle to use instead of stock sprayer that restricted the flow rate. I could not find this replacement, so I filled two (2) of the holes and it works fine. As long as the holes stay plugged I am sure it will work, but My plugs may come out. I would appreciate your sending av replacement sprayer like you did before. I shouldn not have misplaced it.
