“Bought these lights yestreday. Appears to work with ge app fine. But the google home app on phone doesnt seem to detect it. I dont have google home or google mini. I do have the insignia smart speaker near by. I tried to update firware and factory reset.”

Hi Arun. Our lights are only Made for Google compatible using Google Home branded devices. In order to use the lights with Google Assistant without a Google Home device, you need one of our Wi-Fi products to supply the Wi-Fi connection to the lights.
