• Yes. There is an app " c by ge" that you can download to manage your light bulbs. This light bulb does not play music.

• Yes you can connect to your phone using the app. You can’t turn them on and off without other accessories. No they don’t play music or change color to sync to music

• Yes, you can change the color from your phone. As for playing music if you're using Alexa you will have to create a routine.
