A:AnswerAlexa won’t work out of the box only Google Home devices are supported natively. You need the C by GE bridge that is sold separate to connect to Alexa or HomeKit.

A:AnswerHi Dirti, Our Full Color bulbs are Made for Google so you can connect them directly to a Google Home speaker using the Google Home app the same as our other bulbs. One thing to keep in mind is that the recommended number of bulbs per Google Home device is 6. In some cases you can maybe do 7 or 8 per speaker, but the Made for Google integration is not designed so that one speaker can support a house full of smart bulbs. A:AnswerHi Machete, the bulbs actually connect via Bluetooth, and don't rely on a WiFi connection at all, however, our WiFi enabled devices such as the Smart Plug, and Smart Switch, are required to be setup on 2.4Ghz.

A:AnswerIn order for the lights to connect to your Lenovo smart clock you would need to have a hub from C by GE. The devices that serve as hubs for our lights are the on/off smart plug, any of the wired switches and the C-Reach. For your particular situation we recommend the on/off smart plug. Set the devices up in the C by Ge app first, then link your C by GE account to your Google Home app via the "works with Google" option during set up.

A:AnswerHi Meco84, sadly it would not be possible. Our devices are only rated for the USA and Canada, and as you stated, due to differences in electrical code, there wouldn't be a way to make them work in Turkey.
A:AnswerAll C by GE lights use Bluetooth to connect to your phone through the C by GE app. If you want to use Alexa, you need to way to convert the Bluetooth connection to a Wi-Fi connection. Any of our Wi-Fi products (Smart Plug, C-Reach, Smart Switch) can be used as a Wi-Fi hub for our lights. So if you add a smart plug which is the cheapest option, the plug shares its Wi-Fi connection with the lights. Once this is setup, you can enable the C by GE skill in the Alexa app and all your devices will be discovered by Alexa.
