Hi Journey, it's possible you've exceeded the Bluetooth device limit that Google has set at 6 per Google Home device. Additionally, they may need a firmware update in the C by GE app before being able to connect to the Google Home app. Give us a call at 1-844-302-2943, or shoot us an email at [email protected], we'll be glad to help out!

Please try again later.I had to unhook from Google and download the GE app and connect them there and then update the firmware and then remove from GE and re-add to Google Home. I have had just one occasion since where I have had to remove power from them and have them reconnect in several months now.
