While we do offer a few 36" filler kits for installing a 30" over-the-range microwave into a 36" opening, we are sorry to say that we do not currently offer a Matte White version of this accessory. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience that this may cause. - We have received feedback that a Matte White filler kit is desired, and this is currently under consideration. QuestionWhat does vented, recirculating mean in your specs? We need a recirculating unit.

- Answer Hi jojo, thanks for taking the time to leave a question. This model can use recirculating venting and external venting. Recirculating venting takes air from your kitchen, passes it through the charcoal filter, and then blows it back into the room. External venting removes air from your kitchen takes it through the ductwork, and blows it to the outside of your home. Page 11 of this unit's installation instructions is the starting page for venting and offers page numbers for each style. We hope this helps and that you're staying safe. -Michael@Cafe

QuestionWe are replacing our existing microwave that only has a recirculating vent and no duct installed to outdoors. This microwave has both an external and recirculating vent. Will we need to create a new vent/duct to outside?

- Answer Hi there, Krystal - Great question! This microwave is configured for external venting, however, it can be converted to recirculate. If you're installing the microwave to recirculate you will not need to create a new vent or ducting to the outside. The PCB board (with LED chip) is replaceable. QuestionDoes this have to be mounted above the range? -- Can I mount it on an upper cabinet in my pantry with counter below? I hate the look of microwaves above ranges but I also don't want built in $2k+ version or the generic looking counter top version.

- Answer This microwave above a range, above a wall oven, or even on a countertop. Be aware, though, that the sides of a microwave that is made to be "built in", are usually black metal, since the sides do not show when built-in. So, you would have to build your cabinet to hide that fact.
