“I have a glass cook top. What is thee minimum height required from the bottom of the microwave to the cook top? Thanks. I live in New York State and I believe there is a code requirement.”

The distance from my countertop to base of unit is 19 & 3/4 inches. Essentially I could stack 2 units and have about 3 3/4” remaining (just to give an idea of how space I have under the microwave)

Hello. Thanks for reaching out! We recommend the microwave be installed 66" from the floor to the top of the microwave. Mounting at this height will ensure proper clearances above the cooking surface.
