Hi - We are sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having with the door alarm on your beautiful Café refrigerator. There is a Door Alarm pad on the dispenser. Press it one time to turn the alarm off. When ready, press it again to turn the alarm back on. If you continue to have difficulty, please call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment with GE Appliances service. We are confident our service technician can resolve this for you.
