If it's your reset filter light that is on, you would just need to hold down the reset filter button for 3 seconds after you have changed the filter. Lackluster service and lackluster product
Had nothing but issues with BestBuy delivery and installation. Everything from not showing up when scheduled to showing up but not being able to deliver due to inadequate number of guys to finally delivering but denting the doors on installation. Aside from delivery issues, the refrigerator is poor quality. We have had the unit for around 1 year and are on our 3rd set of shelves as they are made from cheap plastic and crack in the cold temps. Wouldn’t buy again.
