“I can't find information about the noise level anywhere. Some people write that this refrigerator is noisy. Could you please provide the db numbers. Second, does this refrigerator have inverter compressor (s)? Thank You”

I have had this refrigerator for almost 6 months, and so far I have no problems with it, especially no noises, I don’t know what is a inverter compressor but I do know I love my fridge...

We do not rate the sound level of our refrigerators or freezers, which means we are unable to provide a decibel level for while they are running. We apologize if this causes any inconveniences. All GE Appliances branded refrigerators moved from a rotary compressor to a reciprocating compressor. Additionally, none of our refrigerators use linear (inverter) compressors.
