“My cafe double oven vents all of the heat from the bottom front into the kitchen. We have installed a vent in the wall behind it that goes into my garage but it still comes out forceful after baking is complete. Any suggestions?”

Hello. We appreciate you letting us know of this situation with your double oven; we know a concern related to venting may be worrying, and we’d like to assist. This model is designed to vent from the bottom front; there is no need to also vent from the rear. We regret any inconvenience the bottom front vent may cause, but as long as the installation instructions and clearance needs were correctly followed, the venting from the bottom front should be working as it’s supposed to. A vent in the rear wouldn’t necessarily reduce or redirect the venting from the front.
