A:AnswerHello. We appreciate you contacting us about this – we know how important the option to bake multiple trays of cookies can be. We’re glad to advise the convection cooking system would allow you to use three racks and still get an even bake, though you may need to add time or rotate the cookie sheets. Using three racks would work best when one extension rack and two flat racks are used (the flat rack compatible with the model is listed under part # WB48X31582, and if you need any assistance getting the rack our parts department can be contacted at 1-877-959-8688). We hope this information is helpful, and we’re always glad to assist if you have any other questions or concerns. Best wishes! -Sarah@Café
A:AnswerHello- Thanks for reaching out to us, with your question. There is a cooling fan that is considered to be very quiet. It will run until the oven is properly cooled. We don't have a dBA of the sound levels. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you! Joyce@Cafe
A:AnswerHi Conure18, thanks for your question! Preheating is very important when baking at temperatures above 275 degrees or when baking items with short cooking times, such as cakes, cookies, biscuits and other pastries. Although preheating is not needed for meats, poultry, casseroles, when roasting or when cooking complete meals, it is recommended. During Preheat, the Bake and Broil elements come on to quickly heat the oven. - Some ranges and wall ovens have Preheat indicator lights or have a Preheat signal to let you know when to place the food in oven. There are two types of Preheat: 1. Preheat signals when the set temperature is reached: This is found most often on models with a preheat indicator light, but also on some models with a beep. Preheat takes approximately 10-20 minutes depending on model. 2. Preheat signals when the temperature is hot enough to add food: Found on newer models with an audible Preheat signal. Preheat will signal at about 5-7 minutes. The oven is not at the set temperature; however, the oven is hot enough to add most items that require a pre-heated oven. - For those models that do not have a Preheat indicator light, wait approximately 10-20 minutes to allow oven to preheat. Time will vary depending on your model. We hope that this helps! All the best. -Michael
