- Answer Hi there, thanks for asking! For any size oven, the food item should have a minimum of one inch air space on all sides: top, bottom, right, left and back wall. 24-26 lbs. is usually the largest size turkey available for purchase. A normal bird size is 22-23 lbs. The pan size needed to accommodate the turkey may restrict sizing. Larger sized turkeys are baked on the lowest rack position in range/oven. - A 30" Freestanding Double Oven Range (and most 2017 and newer Slide-in Ranges) the lower oven will hold a turkey about 20 lbs. - The turkeys we test are normally in the 20-25lb range, and in those cases we use the lower oven of the double oven. We do not have any information on turkey sizes for the upper oven, nor do we recommend cooking whole turkeys/chickens/hams in the upper oven. - For availability, we'd reach out to Best Buy as they would be the best source of information regarding that. - Answer Thanks for checking with us. Yes, the outlet shouldn't be on the floor and a new cord would need to be installed. We recommend consulting with an electrician. Note: You will need a 4-Wire or 3-Wire cord. The recommended acceptable electrical outlet area is shown in the installation instructions. You'll want to orient the electrical receptacle, so the length is parallel to the floor. It should be 2 1/4 inches from the cabinets on the right or left side. Joyce@CafeAppliances

QuestionCan I bake a pie or bake in a loaf pan in the upper oven? I bake pies and loaf quick breads (i.e. banana bread) and would like to know if they will fit.

- Answer We recommend baking your pies and bread in the lower oven. The heating element may be slightly too close to the pie and burn it. The approximate height dimension between the lowest rack position and broil element (usable space): Upper oven - 5.9" and in the Lower oven - 11". Please take a look at page 20 in the manual for baking suggestions. You can access the manual on Best Buys site and on our geappliances.com site.

QuestionDoes the bottom oven door open all the way flat or level? Product pictures show and appliance store floor models I tried doesn't have the door open all the way but is at an angle causing the bottom rack to hit the oven door when pulled out.

QuestionAs with all "works with app" functionality, will Cafe continue to update the software, never considering it "obsolete" which would render some functionality unusable? I plan on keeping the range longer than 3 years.

- Answer This model will continue to function with the SmartHQ app. The only products that are obsolete are the units that are listed on the support article on the GE Appliances website titled: "Obsolete Products."

QuestionI just installed the cafe doble oven range, model CES750P2MS1, when any of the burners is turn on there is a loud buzzing sound and only stops when your turn them off.
