A:AnswerThe bottom of the freezer drawer is solid. So is the small drawer on the top where the icemaker is. There is also a cool little tilt out shelf in the door itself that is great for ice packs and small bags of veggies.

Water spout is inside the refrigerator on the left side... not an easy fill for pots or pans but ok for items like water bottles.
A:AnswerThe doors do not swivel, so if you have a wall or cupboard on one side that are the depth of the refrigerator, it will need to be pulled out beyond the doors. So while the refrigerator is counter depth, it will stick out the depth of the doors. The big door handles make it appear to stick out even further.
