“Is there a switch to turn off the convection in the bottom to use it as a conventional oven?”

Hi KB, thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can bake traditionally or using the convection fan for this model. To bake traditionally, you would simply press the BAKE pad, set your temperature, and then press start. To use the convection bake feature, you would press the CONV BAKE pad, set your temperature, and then press start. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael
