The password is on a sticker on the back of the coffee maker behind the water tank, not the bottom.

The Pairing Mode on your coffee maker enables all of the functions of your coffee maker to be controlled over Wifi after downloading the SmartHQ app. To put in Pairing Mode, press and hold the Auto brewing and Temperature buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The wifi symbol will illuminate under the Time. Now your device is ready for pairing using the instructions given in the SmartHQ app. If you have trouble connecting your coffee maker to wifi, please contact out Connected Home Support Line at 1-800-220-6899, or email [email protected].
