    • Answer Hi impatientgirl - Thanks for your interest in Café! This model has an audible preheat signal. Preheat will signal at about 5-7 minutes. The oven is not at the set temperature; however, the oven is hot enough to add most items that require a pre-heated oven. Electric ovens with hidden bake elements take approximately 15-20 minutes to fully preheat. Also, Café WiFi Connect wall ovens allow you to preheat, change temperature, and adjust cooking timers from just about anywhere with our handy app and your smartphone.   • QuestionDoes the Cafe wall oven maintain the temp to match the setting?

    • Answer Hi luvs2bake - Thanks for considering Café Model CTD70DP2NS1! Yes, the oven will cycle on and off throughout the cycle to maintain the set temperature. The goal is to maintain an average set temperature, but you will see a normal swing in temperatures throughout the cycle. This is typical of ovens, and is factored into how recipes are created and used. This oven will allow you to set a temperature that is not in a 25° increment, such as 267°F. On the temperature setting screen, the slider is set to 25° increments, but if you then tap the screen, then a digipad will appear that allows you to set the temperature to anywhere between 170 and 550° F. The glass may be cleaned just as if you are cleaning a glass or a mirror. An application of soap and water with a microfiber cloth should do the trick.   • QuestionWe lost power briefly and now there’s a message on the oven that says “oven mis wired” What should I do?

    • Answer This code normally displays when power is applied to the unit but it has not been wired correctly. Please contact an installer or electrician to correct the mis-wire and the oven will function normally. The only products currently rated in sones or decibels are external exhaust range hoods, dishwashers, and some air conditioners or dehumidifiers.   • QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the racks? I'm trying to determine what size baking sheets will fit and if a standard half sheet (18" x 13") will fit in lengthwise, so that I can put two side-by-side on the same rack.
