A:AnswerI see Cafe didn't answer "what do I do with the Gold set of knobs?" Why spend an additional 600 and then have two sets of knobs when they could just easily offer an option of color at purchase. I am sure it cost them the same no matter what color. I just ordered a different brand.

Our Matte finishes are a highly engineered paint on metal (steel). We recommend that the interior and exterior Matte finish surfaces be treated similar to high-end coatings on automobiles. The Matte White and Matte Black finishes are not engineered for use with soap-filled scouring pads, abrasive cleaners any cleaning product containing chlorine bleach and/or abrasive cloths and paper towels. Use of these types of products may scratch and/or dull the Matte White and Matte Black finish. We recommended using a soft, clean cloth or a microfiber cloth.
