• A:Answer No, there is no racks slide out feature in my CGS700M2NS5 The oven and storage doors are made of glass, easy to clean. The surface doesn't stain so easily. It's a good quality stainless steel.

Q: QuestionCan you tell me how low (in btu's) a burner can be turned down to simmer something?

• A:Answer I don't know the answers. I will give you an example to try to help. The smallest burner on the small selection seems like there is no flame at all.
