    • Answer Never. Best Buy customer service is clueless. I chatted with them 3 different times and probably got 6 different answers. Never got a code. I told them that this type of pre order bonus has been going on for 20 years…the retailer supplies the code, not the developer. We always got the code emailed upon release of the beta or trial or whatever. Best Buy gives me zero reason to purchase from them anymore.

    • Answer The short answer is when you buy the game digitally on Best buy which is what it seems like you're trying to do once you get it you put the code in from the email they send you of the game on your Xbox in the redeem section. ((((((This is best buys process below)))))) Step 1 Add your digital video game to your cart and place your order in checkout. If you do not have an email address on file, you will be asked to add one. Step 2 You will receive two emails shortly after placing your order. The first has the subject line “We’ve received your order” and will provide information about your download. The second email has the subject line “Redeem your code.” Step 3 Redeem your code within your gaming console to initiate the download of your game.

    • Answer Countless hours of messaging and calling they're telling me "You dont need one, its open beta." Which yea, at the time it was. Prior i never received an email with a preorder code. Im concernced as to whether or not I'll even received the skins and characters I paid for for getting the vault edition. I'm pretty much being told I'm SOL and they dont send codes out, yet it states in the descriptions that you should get one.
